Vegan High-Protein Queso
High- Protein Queso, chips, fat-free refried beans, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and you got yourself some epic nachos.⠀

Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu *Silken tofu works best! (200g)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast ⠀
- 3 tbsp lemon juice ⠀
- 1/2 tsp salt ⠀
- 1/4 tsp tapioca startch or cornstarch (thickener)⠀
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)⠀
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder⠀
- 1/4 tsp onion powder ⠀
- 1/4 cup water (if needed)
Instructions
- Using a high speed blender, blend tofu, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, tapioca starch, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, and blend until well combined.
- Add water if needed, or until reaching desired consistency.
- Heat for 35 seconds in the microwave, serve on top of some chips, and Enjoy! ⠀
