What an absolutely gorgeous cook book, I’ve tried a few of the recipes I can’t wait to try the rest. Natalie has done an amazing job coming up with healthy and more importantly, tasty versions of classic puertorican dishes. This book reminds me of the island food I love, and does it in a healthy and cruelty free way. If you’re looking for healthy alternatives to your favorite puertorican or island dishes I cannot recommend this recipe book enough!

Bien contenta con el producto!. Ya lo tengo en mi celular. De esa forma puedo planear mi comida si estoy en una fila del banco y luego voy al supermercado y busco la lista de ingredientes que necesito y “vualà”, ya voy en camino de prepara la comida. Me encanta. Pero tan pronto tenga el libro en carpet duró lo quiero tambièn!

Excelentes recetas que son faciles de seguir. Llevo dos a~os en este estilo de vida vegano. Lo mas que me atrae de una receta es que sea facil de hacer y deliciosa. Este libro cumple con ambos criterios. Can’t wait for the next one.

A year ago I decided to become a vegetarian. As a puerto rican woman I know that food and homecooking is a strong part of our culture, on a daily basis. We are always cooking, an when families and friends gathered together there is lots of food specially puerto rican cuisine. Pasteles, alcapurrias, tostones, etc.. To be able to cook many of our tipical puerto rican dishes in a much healthier but delicious way, and still participate with family and friends without compromising my choice of a healthier lifestyle its priceless! Brilliant! Thank you so much for this book!
