I normally do not share my exact diet for several reasons. My diet is constantly changing based on my goals so people might get the wrong idea if they see my diet during a particular time frame. There is no diet or macros that work for everyone and I don’t feel comfortable providing my diet because I fear others will mimic it and not have the desired results. Diets have so many variables that need to be considered such as age, weight, diet history, training history, daily activity level, dietary restrictions or sensitivities.

Hi Natalie! I get it! As a lifelong omnivore I am switching to a plant-based diet for the experience, as well as for some health challenges. I have lifted for years and I’m wondering does your book gives a macro breakdown for muscle building for vegans? I mean, yes, the breakdown is the same for any diet but still…. Math is just no fun for me and I am looking forward to taking on the challenge of figuring out all my protein, sources, etc. from vegan proteins! I’m looking forward to your book! Many thanks, Tara
